Villa Details
Our aim is to ensure ‘Winter Haven’ provides our guests with a home from home with that extra touch of luxury. We have endeavored to provide 5* accommodation within the 5* resort that is Lake Berkley.
To ensure our very high standards are maintained, we stay in our home personally, 3 or 4 times a year. Our home also benefits from a local property management team who pride themselves on a job done well - and quickly!

Family Room
The 50" HDTV has a streaming service provided by ROKU. Regular TV channels are viewed via the SLING TV App/logo . Guests can also access NETFLIX . The entertainment in this room is completed by a DVD multi regional player.
Three soft leather couches, together with glass topped tables and soft lighting, ensure your absolute comfort and maximum relaxation.
Games Room
The large games room has an 8ft slate bed Pool table and a PS2 game console with a selection of games provided.
The 42” TV has the ROKU streaming service and as in the rest of the house, regular TV programs are watched via the SLING TV app. We provide a large selection of DVD's and CD's to play on their respective units. Two soft couches provide seating for spectators or movie buffs!
Dining Area
Our formal dining room has a Roman feel with Anthony & Cleopatra keeping an eye on proceedings! The glass table seats six and is set with fine china, linens and stemware for that special meal.
Kitchen
As you would expect, the kitchen is fully equipped, we have tried to supply most items you could need to provide anything from a small snack to a full Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, teapot etc.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook has a generous sized table seating six and in addition, can easily accommodate either or both of the high chairs provided.
Master Bedroom 1
The ground floor master bedroom (shown below) has a king size bed, leather love seat and TV with the ROKU service and SLING TV. There is also a DVD player.
The en-suite bathroom provides a large corner bath, shower cubicle, twin sinks and WC.
Master Bedroom 2
The upstairs master bedroom (shown below) is home to a king bed and has a TV (ROKU streaming and SLING TV) and DVD player.
The en-suite shower room has a large shower cubicle, sink & WC. This shower room can also be accessed from the landing if required.
The Bedrooms
Our Disney room has twin beds & Disney murals.
The Safari room has a full (double) bed and a twin.
These two bedrooms share a large shower room. Both rooms have a TV for viewing DVD’s. There is no regular TV service in the Disney or Safari rooms.
Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor. It is a queen room with a TV for DVD enjoyment only.
There is a shower room with sink and WC adjacent to the games room and bedroom 5.
A large laundry with washer and dryer completes the internal accommodation.
The outside area speaks for itself!
The pool and spa can be heated if required (recommended October – May) for an additional charge. The spa is fitted with a ‘blower’ to ensure copious bubbles!
Cushioned sun loungers, reclining seats, footstools, tables and chairs are provided. The deck area has high privacy hedging down both sides. It faces South East.
The covered Lanai has a ceiling fan for when that extra breath of air is needed. There are patio lights and underwater coloured pool lighting for illumination after dark.
We even supply pool towels – which mean more room in your suitcase!
A Gas BBQ is provided free of charge (subject to conditions of use) and is located down the side of the villa outside the pool screening to comply with local By-Laws.
